kayo {the milliner}

i met kayo on the subway- i noticed her adorable high-waited shorts {not something most people should attempt to pull off!} her beautifully-made... but cheeky... green suitcase, and most of all her amazing crochet fedora {AND crochet suspenders!} so we got to talking and it turns out kayo has her own company making crochet hats that are actually well-shaped {and stylish- not a word often used to describe a crochet hat, i admit.} so check out her website: kalidoscopio

the hockey team: i love the stripes!
a plastic beaded bag from the 60s {probably?} i like the mix of industrial {heat-applied plastic beads} and the dainty botanical print.

a letter dated 1860...

a blend of so many influences: printed "lace" tee & triped silk skirt
